Jomary and Kristina were acquaintances who finally connected in 2010 with the “people you may know” feature on Facebook.
Proposal Date: April 8, 2016
Kristina proposed to Jomary in the Shakespeare Garden in Central Park, New York.
Jomary: “I had no idea she was going to propose that day. I was just told to get ready. But she does things like that all the time so it wasn’t anything that would have me suspecting what was about to happen.”
Kristina: “I had it all planned for months. Our best friends were present, the location was one that she had mentioned on our very first trip to New York.”
Jomary: “I’m a social media manager so clues of the proposal were all given to me through snapchat and Instagram, as well as notes left with both a limo carriage driver.”
Kristina: “After she said yes we went to Tavern on the Green to end the night. It was her perfect fairy-tale.”
